The scope of work comprises to fabricate maintenance workshop roof top louver window. The scope of work are included but not limited to the following scopes such as to supply material & fabricate maintenance workshop roof top louver window as per drawing (#6010ML-S-47500) to crop off existing louver window (#6010ML-S-10034) & replace new modification louver window & tuck welding on louver window frame. (Including Oxygen & acetylene involved), to provide scaffolding, accessories & installation scaffolding into surface area, lashing & support & refer to drawing, to provide individual running number for louver plate and to provide the inspection and NDT testing for those weld area.
Galvanized stationary louvers feature galvalume steel sheet. The louver features a Z sheet profile in a 11.5 deep assembly with the sheet positioned at a 130 angle. The drainable head and jambs enable the louver to achieve optimum air performance and water penetration ratings.
This Z sheet louver is available with visible mullions that are joined with an steel connection that utilize concealed sheet braces and hidden vertical supports in place of jamb frames to present uninterrupted horizontal sheet appearance.

• All manpower under the contractor need to comply with Vale Health & Safety regulation including medical checkup, blood test and x-ray.
• Before any start of work activities, Annexure 1 is compulsory to be filled in by the Contractor and validated by Vale Health and Safety Department.
• It is compulsory to attend the safety induction as Vale contractor.
• Driver must attend the Defensive Driving Course and vehicle need to be inspected by Security Department and/or HSE team.
